Delivery Policy

Many school and club garments are embroidered and/or printed to order and will take a few days – you will be notified when order is placed of the expected delivery.

Shipping method: We currently use either Royal Mail Tracked or Hermes courier service depending on the size/value of package. You will be notified how your goods are despatched by email. We try to get all our orders dispatched within 2 working days, although this may not always be possible, for the following reasons:

  • Delivery of some club and school items may take longer due to their specialist nature, e.g. requiring embroidery or printing OR they may be a made-to-order garment. In these instances we will advise you be email of expected delivery dates.
  • Product maybe out of stock at the time of ordering and you will notified by email of any delay.
  • If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready, unless you are advised otherwise by email.

Delivery Charges

We try to keep delivery charges to a minimum and cover our costs with either Royal Mail tracked or Hermes, depending on size and value.

Delivery cost £7.50 (up to 20kg).
